Our good friend Albert Boswijk just published a book called the Economy of Experience, reflecting on his lifelong passion. The book provides a broad outline of both theory and practice of value co-creation. In Albert’s words: “It starts by placing individuals at the centre of their social context as well as events that are important to them in the world in which they live”.
