The Economy of Experiences
—placing individuals at the centre of their social context—

Our good friend Albert Boswijk just published a book called the Economy of Experience, reflecting on his lifelong passion. The book provides a broad outline of both theory and practice of value co-creation. In Albert’s words: “It starts by placing individuals at the centre of their social context as well as events that are important to them in the world in which they live”. The book includes references to our work for AEGON and Menzis. Highly recommended! Below you’ll find a short excerpt from the book, that shows a part of our approach in our work for Aegon. Outlined are the three p’s platform, program and process.

This morning I listened to Vroege vrogelas at the Dutch radio and Annie Pauser? I do not know if I write her name corretly was speaking about the ecological efforts of Unilever.
I am a midwife activist since 1996 and involved in change to humanized perinatal care. This in Brasil, Eastern Europe and working also in Portugal since the last 5 years, performing normal births.
I would like to know if Unilever can help us in any way to set up 2 births centers. One in Portugal and one in Bulgaria.
My knowledge is in my medical field not in management.
Kindly,
