Manchester United duo Leny Yoro and Amad Diallo have revealed their excitement at working with Bryan Mbeumo, who is set to join the club.

    Cameroon international has undergone a medical with the Red Devils ahead of his move to Old Trafford in a deal worth a reported £71million, with £65m up front and £6m in add-ons.

    On the other hand, Amad also spoke about Mbeumo, saying: “Of course I’m looking forward to playing with him. We need good players in the team who can bring something in the final third.”

    “We are very excited to have him in the team and I hope he can give something back to the fans at the end of the season because they deserve it.”

Heading into the new season, it appears as though Amad and Mbeumo will be the first-choice players for Amorim’s right flank.

Amorim bemoaned a lack of “pace” against Leeds, but a partnership of Amad and Mbeumo will be a scary threat for any top-flight side.

Mbeumo’s versatility makes him a great signing. He also played centrally for Brentford at times, and Amorim could use the Cameroon international up front next season.
